I think most want an fast easy tax return or more so, don't even want to take the time to file. I work at a tax firm and we have a lot of clients who bring in their own and their kids basic tax returns to be completed and they don't realize how simple the returns are and yet they are more than willing to pay $100 to get the return out of their hands.
during tax season, besides a fast refund.. most taxpayers want to file an income tax & try to stay out of prison.
To know that their taxes are well spent
Pay less and bring more money home. Know that the money they paid on taxes is used well and not in vain.
