If I live in spain for 150 days per year do I have to pay spanish income tax?

i work in uk designated waters, so tax exempt in uk? and spend the rest of my time in spain

Answer:
Ask the council of that area where you are staying/living.
If you work in a country for more than 6 months, you are resident in this country, then pay this country's taxes.
yes you have to pay tax
Why don't you ask the tax authorities in Spain?
Your a far too honest person (mug) if you do .. tell them nothing.
It depends on wether you work in Spain.

You have to be maximum 90 days in UK per year to be tax exempt and also don't forget that if you have a bank account in UK you have to declare interest.
