Nevada property tax and tenants?

Do tenants in rented property pay the annual property taxes or would the owner of the property pay it (even if they were not resident in that property)?

Answers:
In residential properties, the landlord virtually always pays the property taxes.

In commercial properties, it's a matter of contract negotiations in the lease. Long term leases typically have the tenant pay the property taxes or provide for annual rent adjustments based upon the property tax increase.
