When is the deadline for employers to increase minimum wage in Louisiana?

Answers:
The Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2007 passed the Senate on May 25, 2007. To the best of my knowledge, it has not been signed by the President. Don't worry, he'll probably sign it. The bill states that the minimum wage will be increased to $5.85, 60 days after enactment. I believe the date of enactment is the date the President signs the bill.

Edit: Since Judy says, 7/24 or 60 days after passage by the Senate, I believe her. She is usually correct when she answers a question.
The federal increase to $5.85 an hour goes into effect on 7/24 this year.
