No it is a scam. Go to www.snopes.com when ever you get suspicious emails like this. The Nigerians are experts on these kinds of scams.

it's another scam, not much different than the ones wanting to give you an inheritance from a relative in nigeria, or some othe african bank. send it to spam. all they want is to get your personal info so they can bilk you for as much as they can by either stealing from your bank account, stealing your identity, and even opening charge account in your name to steal from whoever they can.
if i accepted all the offers and winnings, i'd be worth around 400 million now, but i'd never see a penny in this lifetime.
Just google the "lottery" you have "won" , and you'll see all the scam reports of it.
No need to ask if it's real or not - it never is.
I, and every single one of my friends & business colleagues, receive dozens of these all the time. I have won many, many millions of dollars from Microsoft, Toyota, Yahoo, Coca Cola, and the London Philharmonic.
But, nice guy that I am, I always decide to let the next person in line receive the money.
Uh, no, it's a scam - several people a day ask this same question here. If you respond, they'll ask you to send a "delivery fee" for your "prize", then if you do, you'll never hear from them again.
Just delete it - you didn't really win anything.
I got one of those from two different lotteries that I had not played and it's a scam. I looked up the lottery name and they existed, but they also explained in their website that there were a lot of people doing scams and that chances were
If you didn't play anything then you didn't win, and that they don't send emails to anyone. They also said that they ask for up front money in order to mail your check and that it wasn't true.
Knowing that, I replied to them and asked what they wanted from me in order to cash the prize, just to see what they were going to say, and they asked for a money order.
I replied back and told them to ** off. They were from UK too
I suggest you do the same.
First of all, if you didn't play.. you most certainly didn't win.
reply back asking what the procedure is to collect your prize.and then figure out what you want to do.
