Just started working as self employed from march 2007, when do i need to get my tax returns in?

Answers:
You are suppose to file estimated taxes quarterly then a final at the end of the year like normal unless you will be operating on a different fiscal year for the company.
June 2008
If you are in the UK you will have to prepare a return from the date you commenced self employment in March to 5 April 2007 this is due by 31 January 2008. You should have already advised HMRC of your new status.
