yes to to income tax office which is nearer to u and ask them that u need a pan card they give aform and just fill and pay the fee i think its less and give it to them they wil post to the address which we have give with intwo weeks
or go to the agent and he charges three times of original fee and do the same thing what we do but every thing is done by him only thing we have to do is take xerox copies needed for that applicatin
difficult man. Best is to ask the UTI branch wher you apply for the PAN card.
