Go to a professional tax preparer and have them do it for you!
You need to get the forms for those years. If you do not owe (you are getting a refund) there are no penalties/fees for filing late. If however you do owe, I would suggest allowing the IRS to calculate your penalties.the form for calculating it is very confussing. But in any case you should get the filed as soon as possible.
