list of stuff to do with a million dollars.
1. pay off my $10,000 of debt.
2. buy a $250-350,000 home with cash.
3. go on a fancy $25,000 vacation.
4. prepay 4 years of colledge education.
5. Hire someone to design and build me a car from the ground up.
6. start at least one money making business to have it generate more money while I am spending the $1,000,000.00
Doing the math adding up my current toltal of what would have been spent by me so far is $775,000.00 of $1,000,000.00 leaving $225,000.00 to stash in my savings account for retirement.
purchase property. pay off my current house.
Invest it, retire, and live off a portion of the dividends.
pay off my debt. put 25% in an account for my daughters future. Buy a new reliable and safe car, a nice house in a nice neighborhood, and fill the house with whatever furniture is needed. Then hold on to the rest for whatever expenses would arise.
I would break 1 million. 100k in forex, 100k in equity, 100k in bond, 500k bank of london, 100k chinese real estate market and 100k lavish spending..
I would give it to you! That's about as serious as I can get about ever seeing a million dollars.
Make sure my own financial future is secured, give 25k to the college I graduated from, give 50K to the community service group I belong and maybe spend a little on my coin collection.
Give a lot of it to two churches, because they need it more than I do.
1. pay off all my bills
2. buy a hybrid car
3. buy a house in Minnesota
4. invest!
by a new car and pay my current
Spend it of course!! On anything and everything. But of course having a million dollars is all wishful thinking. ;-)
