I don't think that you can import duty into Mexico.
It is realy difficult to say, since mexican legislation establishes thousands of rates for imports, depending on the material conteined on it. Your costumers agent (agente aduanal) will be helpful to you, by clasifiying your merchandise and informing you the applicable rate.
