Can I get a copy of my 2005 Federal Income tax return from the IRS?

I need a full set for FY06

Answers:
You can get a true copy for $39.00 or a transcript is free. The transcript will have enough information to rebuild the return.

Jo Blo is mostly correct. You can order a transcript of your W-2 as well as your 1040. Only Federal data appears on the W-2 transcript. If you need state data, you must either buy an actual copy, or get the data from your state. You will need a separate copy of the same form in his link. (I linked the same IRS page).
You can get your IRS issued tax transcripts in 1-2 business days from http://www.Accuverify.com
