Student loan deductions...wrong and employer does not agree?

can anyone help, i think that the wrong amounts are going out my wages for the student loan but my employeer does not agree. they state because i get paid 4 weekly rather than monthly it works out ove rthe year i pay the right amount. but looking at my P60 from last year i earnt 18,209 and paid 452 student loan. This doesnt seem to be 9% ofwhat i earn over 15,000. anyone help?

I earn not much less than you and i'm paying back £10 per month out my wages (more if I do overtime). Are you in England? I'm in Scotland so not sure if it's different up here.
It doesn't seem right. Maybe getting in touch with the Student Loans Company would help.
