Can my health saving account be garnished?

my work is offering a new hsa medical program. really is the best way to go, but Im still clearing up tax liens and wonder if hsa accounts can be garnished or liened upon?

Answers:
No that money cannot be garnished, but the tax garnishment will be taken out before that money is.
