When did any notification regarding service tax on rent is imposed and what are its contents?

notification has come in 2007. it states the servicetax on rent received

The service tax on rent has been okayed in the Finance Act 2007 and will come into force from the date which will be notified by CBEC vide a Notification.It is likely to be 1st June 2007.Click on the link below for details

However, if rent is below Rs.8 Lakh from the date of notification till March 2007; it will be exempt subject to conditions of exemption notification.
