Work up your business plan exactly as outlined. There is a standardized format. Understand each section, research online for your particular answers and as you do, you will be gathering all of your own details of HOW you will start your business.

You need to get a tax ID number (sometimes called an EIN) and you can on the Internet. You also have to go to the city or town's county clerk where the business plans to locate and purchase a business license there. I think they are around $100.00. There is a number of things you have to do and decide to start a business, some helpful websites are below.
Stick with all this advice. In most states, a sales and use permit or Tax ID is usually free. But, follow the advice of others.
