OK, here's how it works:

Let's say you work a second 8-hour shift at $5.15

3 * 10 = $30
13 * $5.15 = $66.95

$96.95 / 16 hrs = $6.06 regular rate of pay

8 hrs OT @ $6.06 * .5 (premium portion of overtime; straight-time portion is already included in the $66.95) = $24.24

Total Pay = $66.95 + $24.24 = $91.19

I don't know where he's getting $7.36, but this is the minimum you must be paid under the federal FLSA.
