What is the best time/day to sell items on Ebay?
I am trying to decide when my auction should end.

Sunday around 8 pm EST is always a busy time for eBay where most users are online.
However, what I did was to stagger the closing time of my items to see which ones work. I found that weekdays evenings work as well for me as well as Saturday mornings.
The problem with the "busiest" time means that you also have the most number of competitors with lots of other auctions closing. By experimenting on other times, you can see which ones work best for you. Plus, it helps me to avoid confusion when it comes to shipping and packaging.
Normally around 12 (noon) Most of the buyers using Ebay are from the United States. By posting your items around noon you let people on the east coast see them around their 3-4pm time (when people get off work and school) the people in the central time zone see around noon and the people on the west coast see around 11-12.
These are great times to sell because people are either going home or having lunch breaks and killing time by shopping online. These times of course vary depending on where you are.
since you are west coast, I would say 7 pm is the best time.
My telephone said the best time to sell is when people want to buy..... (but I'd get a second opinion)
