I am wanting to open an online store from my home. now my question is do i have to have a lisence for that? can i get it online? and a tax id? I dont even know where to get these things or if i even need them. All i know is i cant buy wholesale and open a store until i have tax id or bussiness lisence or soemthing. Can anyone help me to get on the right path i need to go. with the lisences and all. (prefer to get online if cant need to know where to get them) If i dont need any I need to know how to get around the tax id or lisence thing when buying wholesale. PLEEEASE HELP ME! Prefer someone with a business online already so they can tell me what they had to do to get started.

For online shopping portal you need to develop a web based application/portal and assuming the product u have licence depends on the product for that you need to councel and for taxes contact charterd accountant to get on sales tax and and for payments you need to have access to banks online payment receiving structure, for more details get back to me with your yaho ID
