How do i retain the maximum numbers of customers?
lots of our effort and follow up customers' loyalty is at 35%.
during last 6 months we have done about 1800 vehicles.
please guide me the methods and means to retain customers at least 70%.please help me

Hi I am a small business owner and have had the same problem until I sought some advise just like you. Have you a customer database. If not I suggest to start recording clients names, address and email address. Every 6 to 8 months send them a special offer in the mail and then after 1 year. Its all about keeping in touch and letting people know you are still around. I have had brilliant success with this method. Best of luck

Give them a buisness card with 10% off there next purchase Or A buisness card with a place at the bottom for 10 visits and after you punch the 10 th visit 11 free good luck
start a database if you dont have one. stay connected with all of your past customers. send out emails or mailers with some special rates to let them know that their business means something to you. build a great relationship with your customers and they will come back. good work these days just does not cut it anymore. you have to treat each customer unique as well as show them that you care about them. it is not easy but it will pay off.
another great thing to do is have customer appreciation days, grill hot dogs or have something that you can give to them. it is a way to show your customers that you do care.
