How do I find out who sent me a fax?

Try dialing *69 from the fax phone.
the phone number should be on the fax sheet somewhere in a corner or something, or else trace the number
Look at the very top of the fax page, and there should be a typed date, and time, and phone number on it.
look at the top or the bottom to see who sent the fax their should be number as well as the time it was sent the time will be military time.
