What is the Best Automotive Invoice Application?

I want a new method of filling invoices it's starting to get really painstakingly dreadful to do them by hand.

What's a nice application that I can use to fill them out using a computer?

Money isn't really an issue I'd just like alot more comfortability for me and my customers.
