I'm not sure if I understand your question, but it sounds like a bookkeeping type of question. If you're referring to entering it into the ledgers, then it sounds like, yes, you will have to enter it. As far as the type of draft, I supposed that depends on how specific you want your entries to be. You may not be able to number them since there won't be a check number to associate with it, similar to an ATM draft. You'll just have to cross-reference by date and amount. You may just want to put the initials "DR" by the transaction, which means "debit."
