Im studying to become a piercer- What are the smart steps to go about becoming one?

- My Bf works in a tat shop and is looking one day to open is own, so i want to pierce and he tats- are kits and books good to study?

Depends on which state you are in. In CA going into a well known piercing studio and telling them that you want to apprentice is a great start because they can guide you through it all. You should go to a place that does them that is well established and ask to speak with the owner. Let the owner know what you are looking for and see if that helps.
Well it depends what you plan on piercing. I dont think they have a "Clit Piercing For Dummies" book.
