go to google and type domain names. They will have a million peioplke that will help you register your domain. They will also have options for web hosting. etc.

Most web hosting companies provide a good number of the services that you need. what you want to look for is this:
1. Inexpensive domain services, register a domain name for less then 10 bucks in most cases.
2. Hosting website can provide everything else you need. Some suggestions are setting up a blog, much easier to start with, easy to add new designs (use wordpress blog), very easy to add content or links to.
Also look into scripts that are called "content management systems" or CMS. these are website scripts that allow you to build a website on any host and design and add content like using windows word.
