If it is a scam, than it can be very hard to get your money back. You can try talking to a lawyer about it, depending on how much money was lost and taking them to court to get it back - but you would need to know the name of the person in charge of the company.

did you use a visa or credit card for your purchases? easily can get your money back that way. call the credit card company and explain the situation. they will send paperwork or you can get it online and they will direct you in the right direction
if you used your bank account, check with your banks standard procedures and they can have you sign an affidavit and then return your funds. also, if that company has your info, you need to cancel that card or at least check with the bank that they are not trying to bill monthly.
if NONE of that works (not likely that it won't) make a police report

Start with filing a fraud charge with the local police; and call the state atty general's office.
A friend of mine received one of keshoppingspree vouchers for $500 and tried to sell it to me for half.
I did some research on it and found that keshoppingspree does sell merchandise. The catch is--the cost of shipping and handling is only dollars away from the actual cost of the item. I would certainly call this a scam to get your money.
I think I read where it is associated with America Direct, another scam.
I am so sorry, but your voucher is worth absolutely nothing! It is a shame that it appears you were scammed by your employer too! Your employer paid zip for the voucher.
