Which do you think would be more beneficial to operate under as being a money judgment collector as far as tax purposes go, Private Investigator agency or a collection agency??

Collection Agency is better because it is better for taxes and pays more.
Depending on your state-it could take years to get a PI license plus hours of experience working as a PI. Collection Agency is the way to go. lawdog.com gives you the licensing requirments in each state if I remember correctly.
