I dont have a credit card and cannot get a paypal account how i can sell on ebay?

Buy a pre-paid credit card and USE THAT CARD to set up a
paypal account. Pay pal will deduct the fees from your pre-paid
card to list your items on Ebay
Pay pal will collect money from YOUR buyers form any major
credit card or bank account and credit YOUR "pre-paid"
credit card with the funds if you specify it.
why can't you get a paypal account?
All u need is a legit checking account and maybe u git a debit card and u all set!

You can usually get a debit card from your checking account that simply takes the funds from your account without having to pay interest rates like you do with a credit card. You could try applying for a credit card and asking for a low credit limit or get a secured card. The best rates and contact information is available at http://www.bankrate.com. If you are denied credit, you are able to receive a copy of your credit report from the letters that are sent to you so you can review, update and change information that you dispute. While I don't feel people should abuse credit cards, having just one that you have a low interest rate on, pay the balance each month in full, and does not have an annual fee is recommended to boost and or build credit for the future. The credit card companies realize that some people have more money than brains so the offers out there vary based on people's risk for obtaining credit.
