What do I put here? I am starting a small tax preparation business in Alabama. I will be the sole owner/incoporator/director. Do I put my start up costs and say every dollar is a share? Im confused. Help!

More to the point, the number of shares that a corporation is authorized to issue cannot be less than the number of shares being issued. But it can be more.
