What is the best way to get help financially to start my own business?

My credit is not that great and I need some help financially, getting my small business off the ground. $1500 max, not much just enough for start up costs, and day to day living while I am building clients. I am starting my own Home Cleaning and Organizing business, something that seems very simple but I am extremely good at what I do. Iam just stuck in a hole financially and I can't seem to get out.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can. Here are some book titles that are relevant:
