How much money can liquor store in miami bring in?
Answer:
I owned a liquor store in California for 10 years. It was the hardest endevour ever. Long Long hours, lots of capital needed, shady employees, the fear of getting robbed (24 hour stress). We were almost robbed 3-4 times, serious stuff and we were just lucky we did not die. We had young people who would come in browse and run out with bottles of liquor. We had everyone wanting credit and threatening to get it. We were like the local pawn shop with people bringing in items to hock for booze or cigs.
Be prepared for long hours working in the store, on the computer at home doing the paperwork and payroll and taxes, and coming in to stock the shelves, ordering mechansise, dusting shelves, cleaning storage, moving merchandise and lots of headaches.
Each area is different on the price. Make sure you have enough capital to get started and last for a year. Look at how much you are paying for blue sky (the name), and inventory. The price they can ask depends on how much it makes per year. My figures are all old as I owned it about 20 yrs ago.
Be careful of the neighborhood. Bad neighborhoods make more but are not worth it in the long run (stress). You should pay about 1 1/2 times the net profit for the year plus the cost of inventory.
Good Luck
Up to a million bucks in sales per year. If you work it smart.
