I have been using PayPal and Ebay (over 1000 transactions) for 7 years and have not had any problems. Usually those that have problems are people who invite the problems on themselves because of suspicious activity. If you are on the up and up, you should not have any problem.
I've never had problems with my paypal account.
Some Banks, with a dollar, you can open a paypal. Like for you'r kids! I haven't heard of any problems!!
