I don't know how exspensive it is but sometimes you have to buy your own cart Idk how your mall works but you DO have to go to customer servise and just ask them what you're supposed to do.
pick up your yellow book or pages and look for the number of the mall call up customer service and ask the repisentive, he or she will tell you.

first u should go to some malls and ask the customer service desk ,they will tell u where and when they have this kind of sells places.they usually call this places as walking buy.the best time for walking buy is now,in summer so may be they will have this kind of place to rent .any way good luck!
Go to the customer service desk & ask for the name and number of the mall leasing specialist, then call & make an appointment. (S)he should be able to see you in a day or two.
Warning: mall space is NOT cheap! Recently went around to 3 major malls in my area to enquire about leasing a booth/kiosk and was SHOCKED at the prices. Not to discourage you but the lowest rate was $5,500 per month. When Xmas rolls around (Oct-Dec) you can expect to pay $10,000 and up plus commission.
