the quickest if your savvy is doing it online at Companies House for your area..if your not sure and its over your head...go seek your nearest reasonable accountant to help you. A fee would be involved for the initial registration at Companies House of the Companys name, Company Secretary and the Articles of Memorandum etc...... and Accountants fees differ, but they will keep you right. You can register on line at companies house, make sure you do a search on the name you want to use before you try to register. You also really need to know if you want to be sole trader, partnership, limited liability partnership or limited company. It's instant once you register but you will need your card details at the ready as it does cost. Good luck with your new venture. :)
