Hi, I think they are associated with Melaleuca, a natural products company. I checked into them, but selling organic shampoo and natural bleach just wasn't what I was looking for. But don't quote me on this. I recall speaking with a rep of the company who tried to get me to join, and I think they called themselves the "mom team".
I tried a lot of work at home programs and none of them worked. I by chance came across and now work for a discount health benefits company, Ameriplan, that offers home based worker positions.
There are a lot of scams out there, so you can verify just some their credentials from:

I work part time basically just taking phone calls, answering emails and advertising for the company. With my husband being in the military and I’m a stay at home mom, it’s a great additional income for us. I’m not a salesman and I don’t do any kind of telemarketing – that’s what I love about it.
