Any advice on having a gutter business?

Has anyone ever had a gutter business? Did you learn something from it that you can share? I just started one. I put the money into it, my boyfriend does the gutters, and has done gutters a long time. Any business aspects I should watch out for? Advice on hiring employees.

labor finders are a cheap way to find help. also running an add in the news paper. the only draw back is everybody and there bother calls for a job. and the phone book is a expensive way to advertise so be careful with that one.
