ok, you got plenty of steps to do:
1-you must know where you business is going to start i.e (coastal town or a agricultural, industrial...etc.).
2-try to make your business to be the first in your town or city i.e (to open the first Internet cafe cafe in the town, open the first bowling lane..etc).
3-if you can't be a first in case of big cities, you have to make at first plenty of discounts and offers to encourage dealing with you, and you must start your business in an area with minimum competition i.e (don't open a fast food store next to MacDonald's or clothes shop next to an Adidas branch...etc).
4-before starting the business, you must think carefully "i have money to start the business, but am i sure i will go on?" think about this question well.
