If that doesn't work there are websites=grantwriter.com and www.guru.com where you can find a grant writer. the only issue with grant money is that it can be a lengthy process to get your money, but worth the wait since you don't pay it back. You can always advertise for start up capital and ask for donations or promise a return on their investment. Just do your research so you can tell them how much the return is and when.
