Working at a music store, and it could be a goldmine in every aspect, how do i let the boss know?

Potentially the best music store for all musicians, in the center of the city, just drifting in old ideals, and co-workers uneasy about change, and having a great place to work. I've gotten permission to do "anything" to the sales floor after only two weeks working there, and sales, along with moral of customers, have gone up, but there is an aloofness about the whole place. Feels like the grandest ship has been sinking for too long, when customers are excited about it sailing again. How do I wake the boss up, so everyone wins?

<>Formulate your ideas in a coherent manner. Then request a sit-down with the boss and ask him what plans he has for the company and if he is interested in hearing what you have to say. It could be a venue for buying out a "tired" business and revitalizing it, but you have to find out first what the boss wants to do.
Ask to be business partners with him, or ask for a promotion to sales manager and human resources. I dunno, tell him you ideas and tell him to promote you to be able to have the authority so noone can tell you otherwise.
