Start small.
Offer services ie. labour or expertise.
Offer to help others sell their goods or services and get a commission from it.
Buy an item or items for a $1 and resell it for more.
Broker a deal. Connect a buyer and seller and collect a fee for putting them together.
Find some free hosting on the net and sell something. There are plenty of affiliate programs offering a percentage of sales you bring in. Or if you have your own product, you can sell that. For this to work you need to know how to market online.
You can also list and sell something on Ebay.
If you have a business in mind where you have expertise/experience but will cost you most than $1 to begin, put together a business plan and seek out investors - most likely family or friends (Be careful with this though. You can quickly destroy valuable relationships if you lose money).
There are many other ways to get yourself into business with cash. However usually you will have to provide something else - expertise or sweat equity.

Say you buy shocks for $1, you sell it for$2, u already made a dollar profit. To rotate tht, buy 2 shocks for $2, and sell it for $4..Rotation is needed.
Once u reach a fair amount, never double your risk, always keep 25%-50% of profit, set it a side, say once you reach 500$

no you can't start a business with one dollar, and any one who says you can is lying. Please check the yahoo or google, or any business magazine web site, and do your home work, some of these guys who are answer your question, are trying to get you as a customer
