I am planing to start a small business so should i rent a property or should i buy the property any suggestio?

rent first, if business is good then you can buy.
Rent ...meaning u should have more capital to start the buisness .

in first step it 'll be better if you rent.coz you can try it first if the place have proper..if it isn't you can move to another place easily.
You should wait until you have a good amount of money flowing.Then you can expand your business and rent a good affordable place that's with in your budget.By that time your business should be running smoothly.It's going to take a while but hang in there.Then I think you no what to do after.
