Hi Im training to be a recruitment Consultant Ive been there one month and its so stressful for targets...I dont think it will last which is gutting as its good money ..I wanted some ideas on how to get into HR or other areas which I could go into as Trainnee on about 21K Ive got a degree..Pls give me some advice

I am not sure about the trainee part, but you can join the Society of Human Resource Management. SHRM.org. Usually you have a psychology or human resource degree. You didnt say what your degreee was in.
