Check with the SBA and see if they can help. It is also possible that you can get a local church to be a partner with you on the business. Or, speak with your acquaintances to see if they can invest small dollars to get you started. If they invest, they will own part of the business, so figure that out when you talk with them. They will be entitled to part of the profits you make.
Contact your local SBA, and get information on your states DMWBE (Disabled, Minority or Women owned business Enterprise) agency, they are usually very helpfull in such situations, they can help you get certified also.
