Need to make a schedule for five employees ,I am allowed 180hrs to use?

with that 180 hrs two employees must have 40 hrs each.
the time schedule is 7:30- 3:30, 3:30-11:30, 11:30 -7:30.
I really need to gaurantee the other 3 at least 32 hrs a piece. can go over 16 hrs(but it will strain budget). with a total of 196hrs a week.

Here's one way to do it:

Employee 1 = 40 hrs 1st shift
Employee 2 = 40 hrs 2nd shift
Employee 3 = 16 hrs 2nd & 16 hrs 3rd
Employee 4 = 16 hrs 1st & 16 hrs 2nd
Employee 5 = 32 hrs 3rd shift

Total hours = 176 and days can be arranged to cover all your shifts. Good Luck!

7.30 - 9-30 2.5hrs for 5.6 hors, in aditioon 6.7 hrs for 5 hours, its eazy!
