Are you talking in terms of the actual move or of what you need to expect?
That really would depend on a number of things; your age, your profession, your living arrangements, etc. I'm Anglo-Bajan and my parents moved back home when I was 17. At first I didn't want to go and hated it; I was just getting into the party scene, London was all I knew, I felt like I was taking a step back, leaving all my friends, etc. But then I got a brilliant job, one brilliant job led to another and it turned out to be the best thing!
The thing to remember is that whilst Barbados is called "Little England"..IT ISN'T ENGLAND! There may be some things that are dead cheap here that are horrendously expensive there, and vice versa. If you go with an open mind, treat Bajans as you would want to be treated, then all should be well!
