A good cheap business to get started in, no license or experience required, I think would be lawn care, (trimming,cutting,cleaning up). Then in the winter you can start as snow removal.

Just start it if you want to. Spare yourselves any paperwork beyond a simple agreement as to who does what and how profits are split (equally if everyone puts in the same time or effort).
