Aloha, when I see these printed on vendor invoices, it tells me:

1) their cash flow is crucial to being in business. if they don't get paid, they'll be hounding you or who knows, be on shaky ground with the doors open.

2) their knowledge is based upon their extensive knowledge (or lack thereof) in the field.

3) because it's "Small", they may not be able to handle your business.

4) on the other hand, you could always feel sorry for them and support a growing business. it's how everyone got their start!
