You can sell lemonade at a street corner. (yesterday I watched a show on cable and there was a 21 y.o. millioneer, who started by selling lemonade), ...or maybe you can find a part-time job babysitting or cleaning houses.
I am not sure of your age..but you could try mowing lawns, weed wacking. Help a neighbor clean his garage out. Try a job at a local store, restaurant.
Try a home based travel business. Travel is something that is done every day of the year.
