It depends on the loan size you need.
For small loans (under $100,000) you can apply for unsecured loan with America One Funding (good credit history is a must):

For a really small loan (under 10,000) we recommend credit cards. Fast, cheap (apply for those that offer 0% intro rate for a year; pay minimum, than transfer balance to the next 0% card and so on until you pay it in full):

SBA loan is another option. Required 10% - 30% down payment, collateral, experience and good (640+) credit. Be careful when choosing the bank. Banks are specialized entities.
