Is there a shipyard in china called kuan? if so where is it? pls give me the exact location.?

I couldn't find one. I spent about a half an hour using every search engine and search trick/technique I could think of to come up with any reference to shipyards in Kuan. Not even a trace. Did find out that China has a lot of shipyards though.
I can tell you one thing. If there is one in Kuan it can't be very big.
