My partner and I have two companies, one will be going bankrupt, but we want to keep the second business going - it's not insolvent so we want to keep it going, but as two bankrupts can we? It is a Ltd company - so could we change to a partnership? Any other advice on how to resurrect your business after bankruptcy would be useful
Many thanks
Answer:
I would think the business is going BK, not the two owners. If you are two individuals going BK you would lose the other business.
If it is the business and not the indiividuals, then you don't have a problem.
